Noodles and Company

My sister and I have a LOT of food allergies (wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, etc.) And they went above and beyond to make sure we had food that was safe to eat that was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be adding this to the small list of restaurants that are so wonderfully accommodating for us. It is incredibly hard to find a place where we are able to just enjoy, and we hit the jackpot here.

We were there just before closing time, and we got it to stay. Just after getting our food an employee came to our table and told us that they were closing in something like 8 minutes. I don't know why I was told that other than they wanted us to hurry and eat so they can get to their Saturday night activities. I don't think that they were going to kick us out. I just felt uncomfortable. My wife also has celiac disease and ordered gluten free noodles. When she got her order she enjoyed it for a while, and then noticed there were bread crumbs. If she asked for gluten free noodles, and requested no bread then the cook may also have been so focused on their Saturday night activities more than they were on preparing the food.
