Extreme disappointment! We haven’t been to Janesville and Noodles for quite a while and thought we would stop in for a quick bite to eat. The food was bad and poorly prepared. The food was served in what looked like TV dinner trays with plastic utensils! I had the buffalo chicken mac & cheese, and my bowl was filled halfway with some kind of cheese sauce that tasted horrible! I’m not sure I even got the gluten-free noodles that I ordered.🤨 The restaurant was filthy and needs a good scrub down. The last rice crispy left at the front cash register looked like it had been manhandled all day. When I asked for a fresh one, it was a big deal that needed corporate approval to get a fresh one. I very rarely will write a review, but for the money go to Chick-Fil-a instead!!

Appreciated the gluten free and dairy free options at this restaurant chain. 💯 The team was friendly, the food was good, the lighting is poor, and the restaurant floor needed some attention under the tables. 🧹
