Northbound Smokehouse & Brewpub

I have eaten here several times in the past and had good experiences. Today we got take out and I was very disappointed. I ordered the brisket philly and unfortunately need to sub gluten free bread. 1. The menu says creamy cheddar sauce (its beer cheese) so it’s not gluten free. If the menu said beer cheese I would have chose something else. 2. They replaced the hoagie bun with gf bread. Fine but it wasn’t buttered or toasted and one piece was the butt of the bread. All of that is just awful. Please toast the gf bread. It’s the least you can do for a sad gluten free person, I wish i could eat a freaking hoagie bun. 3. The meat and toppings are piled on that hoagie bun. The amount that was on my sad gf bread barely covered the bread. Give me something here! 4. Side salad was good

We showed up on a Saturday afternoon and asked if they could fit 9 people and they didn't even blink! They put a bunch of tables together and got all of our orders right and split the tabs for us. The food was excellent, the beer and cocktails were yummy! They even have some gluten free food options, which doesn't always happen at a brew pub and which I really appreciated. We will definitely be back!
