I was very disappointed after spending over $70, I was given the wrong order for our Mother's day group.. I contacted customer service via email only to be told we will contact you at a later time.. now 2 weeks later, nice to see they care about their customers.. I still havent received a response. I ordered 12 bundlets assorted specified flavors, including 2 gluten free (due to allergies). Needless to say I didnt get the gluten free and 2 mothers didnt get their cake. I felt very bad about it. I get that there was a new employee, but a more experienced gal came to help complete the order.
Check your orders before leaving the store.. even if you seen them pull from the counter and box it up as I did.. somehow they gave me the wrong box of cakes. I never checked the order until we opened them at church. I wont support this business any longer if customers dont matter.
