Love that there are so many gluten free options. I'm only gluten sensitive so I will step out on a limb & suck up the consequences of having regular gluten from time to time especially when it involves cookies! I had a large chocolate chip cookie. It had very good flavor, just overcooked a little for my taste. Still very soft but just a little too brown in my opinion. We tried this same spot several times spread out within about two weeks & with several different goodies. Something in the cupcake mixture makes my husband who is sensitive to a lot of additives & ended up with nausea & headaches following each visit because he couldn't say no to the cupcakes! Service is always amazing. Staff is extremely professional & knowledgeable about each item offered. Atmosphere is always clean but very cold & a little louder than I prefer so we opted to just sit outdoors in the covered patio area that's a little dirty & unkept but shaded with decent outdoor furniture. Pretty good donuts. We came here for the gluten free ones for my wife. The gluten free is a cake style and pretty good, a little grainy but decent. Our daughter loved her 🦄 unicorn donut though! The strawberry lemon was good. They were a little more dense than typical yeast donuts but good. I

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Saw this place as we were driving by and it’s always filled with people, and now we know why! They have a plethora of drinks, baked goods, and breakfast/lunch items to choose from. A huge plus is they have vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. My husband ordered The Birch House and an americano. I ordered a vegan breakfast sandwich and a hot vanilla latte with oat milk. We also got the almond chocolate ganache tea cake (gluten free and dairy free) to share. All of it was jaw-droppingly delicious! The star of our meal was definitely the tea cake. It was moist and not too overwhelmingly sweet. Every bite of the cake was savored since I don’t often get to enjoy pastries since a lot of them contain dairy. It’s a cute area with plenty of seating and you can study, go on a date, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones and friends with great food and drinks. They have an upstairs area as well. In the downstairs area, you can see the kitchen area, which is pretty cool to see the workers bake. Overall, it’s a must-try! Such great service and everything was delicious. It does get busy so plan your time accordingly. We went on a Monday around 10am and it was packed, but the line kept moving and we were able to find seating. There is a parking lot in the back and there is parking on the side as well. We will definitely be back! I have my eye on the vegan and gluten-free cinnamon roll for next time. ☺️

A real French-style bakery with actual trained pastry chefs! The croissants were fantastic. Both the chocolate and the traditional butter were very airy, with a nice crisp crust and hearty full-bodied butter flavor. The macarons were also great, with a nice chew that one would expect from a high-quality macaron. The selection of flavors was outstanding. They also offered gluten friendly carrot cake muffins, which we were very appreciative of. Fortunately their macarons were all gluten friendly as well (aside from the cookies and cream flavor). The matcha latte was great and we had wonderful service all around. We look forward to returning to give the quiche Lorraine a try and perhaps a croque monsieur. Very happy to have such a great choice locally.

Called and spoke to owner over the phone—explained I’m Celiac and CRAVING a Gluten Free pecan pie. She was sweet enough to make one for me—even though they normally do not. It was delicious and a big hit at home—gone within 2 days. ❤️

I live on the far southeast corner of Norman, but on the value of a recommendation, I drove all the way up here to give Big Sky a try. I am overjoyed that I did. My girlfriend recently got diagnosed with a severe allergy to gluten, and I can't tell you how many bakeries I've gone into where I've been either laughed at or outright mocked for asking about gluten-free options. There was absolutely none of this here. Excellent service, the person who helped me is it very knowledgeable as to every question that I asked. The sourdough smelled so good that I began eating a slice in the parking lot before driving away. I cannot wait to come back next week and try the spelt loaf. Thank you so much for the excellent experience!

I was very disappointed after spending over $70, I was given the wrong order for our Mother's day group.. I contacted customer service via email only to be told we will contact you at a later time.. now 2 weeks later, nice to see they care about their customers.. I still havent received a response. I ordered 12 bundlets assorted specified flavors, including 2 gluten free (due to allergies). Needless to say I didnt get the gluten free and 2 mothers didnt get their cake. I felt very bad about it. I get that there was a new employee, but a more experienced gal came to help complete the order. Check your orders before leaving the store.. even if you seen them pull from the counter and box it up as I did.. somehow they gave me the wrong box of cakes. I never checked the order until we opened them at church. I wont support this business any longer if customers dont matter.

Saturday morning breakfast 9:30. No wait. Superb food. Warm and efficient service. We had St Charles eggs, and the spinach and bacon crepes with hollandaise which was a gluten & dairy friendly choice that worked for me. House coffee was delicious and my cup was kept topped off. German chocolate cake slice obtained from the front store was raved about by family recipients at home Can't wait to visit again!!
