Guys….try their Pomodoro pasta (w/ shrimp). I’m probably going to make a few people upset, but after trying countless Italian restaurants in Charlotte, Pomodoro w/ shrimp at this unassuming eatery is still our favorite pasta dish. In fact, I joke about getting an undercover job here just so I can learn their secrets. It’s nothing fancy, but delicious! It is packed with flavor (think garlic, white wine, cheese, cream, spinach/basil) & it’s priced so well. Their shrimp are always perfectly cooked & seasoned. Every friend who I’ve coerced into trying this dish has loved it. Plus, you can get it gluten free! My only wish is that they’d open more locations around town, to fuel my addiction.
