OEB Kitchen & Bar at Edmonton airport had gluten free options for breakfast. I had the traditional Benny with gluten free English muffin and canadian bacon. It was cooked right soft poached. I was not a big fan of the hollandaise but the overall dish was good. I was not confident it was gluten free due to the server bringing the food out and not identifying which meal was the gluten free. I had to ask. Prices quite high.$25 per person for breakfast is not something I will do again. I did not have steak and eggs 🤨

Amazing salmon spinach benny on a gluten free muffin, with pesto potatoes. The hollandaise was the best. It was so busy. The waitress was sweet and great with my daughters allergy to pineapple. Coffee was nice and strong, smooth blend. A bit pricey but worth it. Definitely quality ingredients. Pepper was offered fresh at tableside.
