BEST experience, all the way around! Brisket was flavorful and DELICIOUS; dipping sauce options were varied, house-made, and tasty; my dietary-delicate husband was able to get a phenomenal burger on a gluten-free bun; sides were unique and mouthwatering (I tried the hush puppies, pecan-topped sweet potatoes, and my husband's fries); and the drinks were excellent - SO MANY bourbon options! We requested to sit on the patio. It was peaceful and the atmosphere was stellar. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I am ever in Duluth again, I'm going back to try the pulled pork. My only complaint is that it said on the menu that gluten-free buns would not be an additional charge, but they did charge us a few dollars extra for it. I think because we told them not to worry about cross-contamination? Lucky for them, everything else was 6/5 stars.

Incredible! In town for a quick overnight trip and found the smokehouse because they are the same family of resultants as Duluth Grill. There was a little bit of a wait on a Friday night. They asked right away about allergies and were so informed. I have celiac and they have a separate kitchen space. I was so impressed. The staff was kind, fun and prompt. And the salads….WOW! We went back the next day!

Well I now know why this restaurant has so many amazing reviews!!! Every single employee, especially Willow, were so nice and kind! Food was amazing, especially the brisket and the backyard burger. I loved the Alabama white bbq sauce because it had horseradish in it!!! They give you delicious pork rinds right when you sit down so you can sample their sauces!! Lots of gluten free and some vegetarian options. Cool vibe, food was quick, and lots of drink options!! Cute outdoor eating and firepit area to wait in.
