Restaurant with exceptional cuisine. The score should be 5 although I asked for a gluten-free menu and they told me that the menu of the day was. They gave me bread but then they told me it had gluten and in another of the dishes I think there might have been some croutons.

Today we ate here on the recommendation of a friend and, frankly, it was a success. We ate the menu of the day and one person could not eat gluten or fish. They made an effort to adapt the menu to this person's intolerances, which they don't do in many places. Food made with a good product and with love. The best rice I have ever eaten in my life. The attention and dedication of the exceptional staff. We will repeat to try more products from their menu and I will save this place in my favorites in Santiago.
