The service regarding allergens is horrible. I don't understand the "suggestion" of a gluten-free menu, when everything may contain traces, which means the same thing: gluten. When you speak to the staff about whether they can give you more details about some foods in the kitchen, they don't know how to tell you... in fact, they suggest you eat it since nothing should happen to you... putting people at risk. I don't understand how people can work in the restaurant industry who don't care the least bit about allergens...

These establishments used to have gluten-free options, but now they no longer specify that they are suitable for celiacs. They still claim to have "gluten-free" options, but no, they aren't. They are no longer safe for celiacs. Instead of improving and offering more options for everyone, they are going backwards and losing customers.

After many years eating at this restaurant from its gluten-free menu, they now tell me that in reality "gluten-free" is not suitable for celiacs, because they bring it from central kitchens and it may contain traces. Is this just now or has it always been like this? Because before they didn't report such a thing. Besides, I say... If it comes from central kitchens, wouldn't it be much easier to control cross contamination and offer truly gluten-free products? It's really a shame that this is another restaurant that has targeted "gluten-free" for fashion and not to help people who really have to follow this diet due to an illness.
