This restaurant does NOT have a “Gluten Free Kitchen”. I tried the menu del dia. One of the starters was pasta salad which I was told that had gluten in it when I asked about it. This surprised me because it said gluten-free kitchen in the entrance. Even though it was weird I went for an other option and it was fine. When it was time for dessert I was told none of the desserts were gluten free and they could give me a fruit salad. They then brought me a soggy fruit salad with bits of unpeeled pineapple. They do NOT have a gluten free kitchen. And the staff does not now about gluten intolerance / celiac.
A trendy spot serving beautifully presented dishes with surprising flavors, offering a diverse menu and a great price-quality ratio.

After many years eating at this restaurant from its gluten-free menu, they now tell me that in reality "gluten-free" is not suitable for celiacs, because they bring it from central kitchens and it may contain traces. Is this just now or has it always been like this? Because before they didn't report such a thing. Besides, I say... If it comes from central kitchens, wouldn't it be much easier to control cross contamination and offer truly gluten-free products? It's really a shame that this is another restaurant that has targeted "gluten-free" for fashion and not to help people who really have to follow this diet due to an illness.
A great spot with a chill vibe and delicious burgers, where simple ingredients shine and the atmosphere stays lively and inviting.

Possibly the best gluten-free burger I have ever had in my life.
I had to check with the staff if it was gluten-free because I didn't believe the bread was authentic.
Simply incredible.
The flavors of the meat, cheese and others are also very good.
The employees are very knowledgeable.
Experience a vibrant culinary scene with unique flavors, customizable options, and a cozy atmosphere—perfect for any meal of the day!

Very delicious food, very well seasoned with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
It caught my attention that they don't have gluten-free bread, it wouldn't be bad if they added it to their menu. As a gluten-free option you can take vegetables to accompany the hummus instead of bread.
The cucumber mojito is my favorite drink.
It is usually very busy.

PROS and CONS, from my point of view as I am celiac:
+ Spacious place with space between the tables, modern decoration and open kitchen.
+ There are always free tables, no reservation is necessary.
+ Hamburgers can be GLUTEN FREE. But you must notify the waiter in case it is necessary to eliminate any ingredient that contains gluten from the burger you want to order.
+ Great variety of GLUTEN FREE rooms.
- There are no gluten-free desserts
- They do not assure you that there is no cross contamination. But I have eaten at several places and have never had any problems :)
