I would give ten stars if I could!
We went to the Port Rexton distillery location.
We showed up frozen from a morning puffin hike and they welcomed us in with open arms. There was a cozy fireplace lit and real candles lit on the tables, fresh local beer on tap and the food was out of this world.
Garlic finger grilled cheese looked amazing and my 14 year old is still raving over how good it was. My celiac daughter and I had gluten free food and she was so careful making it! We really felt at ease, and it was delicious! They can do pretty much anything with gluten free ingredients instead. The home fries are the best I've ever had.
We would gladly make the 3 hour drive just to eat here again, it was so warm and friendly and relaxing. Definitely the highlight of our trip.
