The ramen was delicious, especially the broth. The gluten free noodles also great. Great friendly service. Have had the kombucha many times and know it's the "real deal". The desserts are great and not too sweet. Will definitely be back. Location not the best, but if you have been there it's no problem.

Aesthetically pleasing bakery and cafe with delicious regular & gluten-free entrees and desserts to choose from. There are Oishi Bakery coffee cups and beanie souvenirs & imported Japanese treats for sale, as well. The location is down a short gravel road & through a gate but there are adequate signs to guide you and large signs to let you know you’ve arrived. There are picnic tables outside and counter stools inside for your dining preference. This place is a real gem for Fairbanks, Alaska!
