For anyone with a Gluten allergy, this restaurant is a must! Almost everything on the menu is offered with a GF option and so many dessert items!!! I hate we stopped here on our last day in town! We will be back next time we are in Fairbanks!

Super delicious allergy friendly venue. Very knowledgeable about allergy restrictions & how to tailor for you. I'm gluten and vegan and could have practically anything on the menu I wanted. The brownie and snickerdoodle are bomb. Very comfortable atmosphere and super kind staff. Much much appreciated

This was like a restaurant/bar straight out of Red Dead Redemption! So cool and such a fun place. We arrived at 4:10pm and were told we could have a drink in the saloon as the dining room didn’t open until 5pm, which we would then be seated immediately. I had a chocolate martini and my husband had a hot apple pie alcoholic drink which tasted great! At 5pm we were sat in the dining room, and our server was Elizabeth and she was SO nice! 11/10 for service!! Being gluten free, I had the lamb chops and they were divine. The meat was cooked to perfection (I asked for medium) and we couldn’t believe it when Elizabeth carried over a whole platter of desserts for us to visually choose from. Very awesome way of seeing the desserts! We had a lovely time there, it was a little quiet when we arrived because it was so early on, but it started to fill up as the night continued. Would recommend!

This is the most fun I've ever had eating pizza! I'm gluten free and dairy free so pizza is a challenge. But not for East Ramp! They're custom pizza was easy to order, the service was fabulous, and I really enjoyed the history of aviation in the dining room! Enjoy!

The ramen was delicious, especially the broth. The gluten free noodles also great. Great friendly service. Have had the kombucha many times and know it's the "real deal". The desserts are great and not too sweet. Will definitely be back. Location not the best, but if you have been there it's no problem.

This place has the best gluten free baked goods they also have some vegan options as well. Its the 1 place in town I will get lunch from if I need a quick meal or want to go out to eat. They are also super good about cross contamination prevention if you tell them you have celiac or allergies :)
