Yummy gluten free pizza crust

Highly recommend their gluten free pizza crust. It is so soft, fluffy and chewy that I could not believe it was gluten free! It actually might even have been better than the regular crust! One of the best I’ve come across. Who knew Fairbanks would have such a great gluten free scene? Very small dine-in area during the winter with only three tables. The staff was friendly, flexible and helpful. Kid friendly with some cool things to look at and be entertained by. Very casual vibe. Fun combos on their pizzas. Will be back the next time I’m in town!

There are only 3 tables for dining in during the winter (the picnic tables out front are snowed in. The pizza was delicious and we loved that they have a Pie it Forward program where you can buy a pizza and drink for someone else and leave a pizza magnet on the wall - someone who needs a meal can come and utilize a free meal ❤️ Oh and the gluten free crust tasted so good we couldn't believe it was the gf!
