I have celiac disease (100% wheat intolerant), so finding a (good!) gluten free sandwich in Fairbanks has been been tricky over the years. I stopped in The Fudge Pot today to inquire about gluten free options, and learned they make gluten free sandwiches! Gluten free breads and baked goods are usually hit-or-miss, but I am so happy to report the GF sandwich I ordered today is THE best I’ve had in Fairbanks! Plus, the staff were incredibly kind. I’m excited to have a place to eat downtown (same building I work in) that is safe for me to consume.

Owner is so sweet. Food was great, even have gluten free bread! The best fudge I have ever had. The little shop had so many cute things to buy. Definitely worth stopping by!!
