This was an awesome find! We were just searching for breweries in the Hendersonville area since we were driving through. We got extremely lucky and found out that they put the clarifying enzyme in all of their beers to make them gluten reduced. I haven't been this excited since I ran across a similar situation in Virginia.
It would be awesome if these smaller breweries would mention this on their websites to make them easier for me to find. Because we will drive to you for deglutenized beer!
The three I tried were fantastic and the space was really dog friendly. Love it and wish they were closer!
