The chips are fried in a dedicated gluten free frier! The tacos were great, I had the carne asada and the carnitas. They cooked everything separately and as a celiac I felt very safe eating here.

celiac, didn't have an issue and the staff was knowledgeable, the tacos have to be made as lettuce wraps though

We ate from the Ola menu at their sister restaurant, Palapa. It's right next door with a bar and casual outdoor seating with a view of the harbor. Great service and great tacos, loved the vibe... we'll be back! Gluten free options were appreciated. (Dogs are welcome on the patio.)
