Food was great as always but when is Olive Garden going to have more Gluten Free options?

I got invited to the restaurant for a birthday party, I called ahead to ask if they have a gluten-free option, and not only do they have the gluten free menu, they also will prepare the gluten free meal with separate gloves and separate cookware if you ask for it. I told them I have Celiac disease and they put a note on the order. As you can see on my nema tester, it's celiac safe.

I mean it was an olive garden but I love their food so it was amazing! Lol we got seated fast the waiter put more than enough cheese for my bf and he always has to ask for me so that was great. It was just a great dinner where they listened to our wants and our daughter was able to eat gluten free!
