Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The mgr came over when I sent back a chicken parm that was supposed to be gluten free. Made me feel I was inconveniencing them for ordering it.

We really enjoy Olive Garden! And we always want to came with family and friends! Because we love the service and the food. But this specific day, we had a bad experience. 100% because we went there around 9:30 pm. The serve was so rude with the receptionist, when she give permission to us to came 9:30. At this moment I feel that the service would be bad. The first world she said to my table , in front our friends that was enjoying vacation was: The kitchen will close at 10:00 pm. How can I help you guys”? So, we faster order what we want. She make confusion with the meals … one was “gluten free”. She bring different plates… my daughter ordem something and she forgot… So, I never recommended you guys to go to this location around 9:30 pm. We ate really quickly. We didn’t had an enjoyable time with the all confusing, and with the enormous lack of willingness of the server to serve us. The manager didn’t went to our table too. So was this….
