Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES! Normally wouldn't leave any bad reviews, but I ended up leaving my table before I could actually enjoy my meal because the staff poured Itallian dressing on my salad and I didn't notice it until it was too late... I am ALLERGIC to Gluten AND Dairy and specifically informed them 2 or 3 TIMES before the meal (to the server, and the manager) about my allergies. My neck began to swell and then my face, that's when I knew. I stopped eating and checked the bottom of the Salad bowl, sure enough it was loaded in clear Italian dressing (According to Olive Garden's Allergy Chart their dressing has Dairy in it, so I'm highly allergic to it). I told the server and showed her the bottom of the Salad bowl. She came back and said the manager said their should be no dressing on it.... well explain this clear liquid with seasoning at the bottom of serving bowl when it should be dry...Will not be coming back here... And honestly, if you have any severe allergies to certain foods, I would say to stay away from here, too.

Last night, we celebrated a friend's birthday with a large group at Olive Garden, and our experience was truly exceptional thanks to the amazing server Dimitrinka who took care of us. Her passion for her job was evident, and her positive energy lifted our spirits throughout the evening. She went above and beyond, ensuring that each of us had an equal share of the birthday friend's bill, a feat that many restaurants struggle with. Despite our last-minute request, she handled it swiftly and efficiently. Additionally, they were incredibly attentive to the two members of our party with gluten allergies, checking in multiple times to confirm their needs. We had a wonderful time, and I want to extend my gratitude once again to our server Dimi and Olive Garden for employing such dedicated individuals. Thank you for a memorable evening!
