I've been wanting to try this place for some time and finally made it! I have to eat gluten free not by choice. This is literally the first place I've ever been to where I can eat everything on the menu! Never had this option before this is awesome now I just wish there were more locations this one is 30 minutes away and not in a direction I typically go. I ate here with my 10-year-old and 12 year old. We each got a bowl. The lemon turmeric rice did not disappoint. One of my kids tried the glass noodles they were very good and fun. My kids did not try any of the sauces they thought overall there was a slight spiciness to the dish without adding anything extra. I tried the teriyaki it was good. Oh and don't forget the free miso soup, lovely bonus. The broth is excellent.

My experience was great for the most part. The restaurant was spacious and comfortable; the atmosphere was lively and fun; the bathrooms were clean; and the food and cocktails were fantastic. I chose Wildfire because our friend has Celiac, so I wanted her to have gluten-free options. She was pleasantly surprised that their gluten-free menu was so long. She said she was used to only having a few choices. The server also offered her gluten-free bread. So if you or someone you know has Celiac disease, this restaurant is a great choice. Just about everything took longer to make it to our table than most restaurants I’ve been to within the last few years. It wasn’t a horrible wait, but it was noticeable. Because of this, our server wasn’t around much. There were several times when I wanted to ask our server about another appetizer or another drink, but she never came by. That’s the only reason I took off one star—that, and the sneaky 3% they add to the check to offset costs. Yes, you can ask them to remove it, but it’s not like this restaurant is super cheap anyway. Why not add the 3% to the food in general if you’re struggling as a business? Regardless, I would definitely return.
Enjoy a cozy vibe and attentive service, with delicious dessert to take home after a satisfying meal experience.

We highly recommend your restaurant.we took cheesecake home to full to eat then. they were awesome delicious 😋 I just hope Erika gets credit for amazing service when cheesecake factory responded nothing was said about her .she made our dining experience so much better she made sure we had everything we needed kept drinks full checked on us a lot please make sure she gets recognized for being an outstanding employee.

Excellent service from Alexis! We ate at the bar and couldn’t have had a better time. My fiancé is gluten free due to celiacs disease and was able to eat the Pollo Chipotle and chips & salsa. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and they were delicious. Best Mexican food in the Chicago suburbs by far! We also love Alejandro!

Green Joe has great espresso, and thats all I've ever gotten here. They always have an array of local artists' wares on display, which is very cool of them. I noticed, as have many others, that they slowly ran out of things and closed down over the last few weeks/months, which was, as a customer, weird to witness.
As for the negatives - this wasn't a coffee place you could go if you liked pastries with your coffee. All they stocked was a small selection of gluten free/vegan options, and the ones I tried were honestly the *worst*, inedible gluten free products I've encountered. The atmosphere was cold, I dont remember them ever playing music, and the only appreciable light was cool daylight from the huge windows. All hard surfaces - not a great spot to hang out if comfy cozy Cafe is your preferred vibe. The employees gave a similarly disconnected vibe - almost none of them were outwardly friendly, it was almost like ordering coffee from robots most of the time.
Regardless, GJC is/was the only independent coffee shop in a huge radius. Their pricing was great as was the espresso. I certainly hope they can reopen, at least for the sake of all the locals who lived closer than I did. If not, I guess Brewpoint and Conscious Cup are my only remaining options!

I wish I could remember the name of our waiter, he was freaking awesome! The food was great! And the portions were huge!
My daughter has a gluten restriction, and we had to double check to make sure that she got the gluten free pancakes because we seriously couldn't tell the difference! Very tasty!
We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant was great! They had a fair number of gluten free options for someone with Celiac. The service was also amazing. We were greeted, seated immediately at 11am on a Sunday, our server was phenomenal, and we were checked on repeatedly. If we lived in the area, we would be regulars!
This spot offers a massive menu of flavorful dishes, made to order with fresh ingredients, and you’ll find plenty of parking available.

Can't knock them. I typically do not like these types of concepts, to make your own bowl or whatnot, but hat being said, meats are juicy and flavorful. The selection of toppings was fresh, and sauces plenty. Their gluten free pita has changed since it was more rice-based. It is now an excellent gf pita and one I would definitely question if served to me without knowing. I also like their teas and the ability to mix.

City Works is the perfect spot for our get together lunch with long-time friends. Easy reservation for our group of 7. Great atmosphere to visit. The food and service was PHENOMENAL! We all ordered something different and every single one of us loved our meal! Tyler, our server, took the very best care of us including special orders for dietary restrictions. (I need to eat gluten and dairy free. Tyler even made sure that my food was prepped separately.) We have made City Works our spot to meet up!

I had an amazing experience at Mezé Mediterráneo! I tried their gluten-free lamb flatbread, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender lamb with a great balance of flavors. The service was excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. The live music added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere, making the evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for great Mediterranean food with a welcoming ambiance, this place is a must-visit! Skip the soup but go for the rest! Interesting, enticing menu.
I had a 4:00 dinner on the patio after a long flight. Jules, my server, was very pleasant and attentive and the patio ambiance was picture perfect. The pasta fagioli soup was kind of a creamy mess of al dente noodles but the gluten free salmon plate was super flavorful, perfectly prepared and the sides of broccolini and creamy cauliflower were very tasty. Capped it off with perfect little cannolis to go!
Update:
Returned the next evening for a late dinner. Had the eggplant caprese. Delicious!! Thick cutlets of breaded eggplant with fresh basil and fresh mozzarella with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction. Would definitely return for that!

I visited again today 08/25/2023 and the food is still totally awesome as always!! Check out the new photos. The average price was roughly $10-$15 per person and now it's more like $15-$20 per person. Still worth every penny ❤ but I don't have very many pennies left :(
Five Guys Burgers and Fries are always a dependable and predictable place to eat!
My wife has gluten allergies so she loves the lettuce wrapped burgers. The 🍟 are fresh cut daily and cooked in 🥜 oil!!!
Free peanuts!!!
The price is, as always, slightly high but it's so worth it. It's not Fast Food but it's sure is fast!! Just wait for them to yell out your patty quantity!!

Food is pretty good and serving sizes are generally generous. Being Muslim, I also appreciate that the meat is all halal certified. I also have celiac disease and they have lots of labeled gluten free options . Only downside is that it’s little pricey and the mall is very busy so it’s not really nice to sit down for a meal since it can get so loud and bushy

Overall an absolutely amazing experience I would recommend eveyone try at least once, especially those with a gluten allergy. I have celiac disease but this place is by far the most accommodating I have ever been to. Everything on the menu is clearly labeled and explained how it can be made gluten free. Even the drinks are labeled as gluten free. They truly went above and beyond. My girlfriend who is not celiac had no issues sharing the gluten free dippers I required. She was impressed by the gluten free snickerdoodles for the dessert fondue. There are only two reasons I am giving this palce 4 stars instead of 5. They were unfortunately out of gluten free bread for the cheese fondue at the time. Also, we ordered a drink that was supposed to be smoking with dry ice but it was not.
A lively spot with a great vibe, accommodating special diets, and a bit slow service during busy times.

It’s so hard to find places to eat out when you are gluten, dairy, egg, soy and peanut free. But this place is DELICIOUS and fits all my dietary restrictions. It’s a very clean environment. The bowls we created ourselves were full of fresh produce and fish. ai couldn’t have any of the sauces because they include soy but i loaded up on avocado and it was so filling and delish. I do with they had a bit of plain wasabi instead of just the wasabi cream, but oh well!
I'm gluten sensitive and twice now i have ordered grilled nuggets though the drive thru and gotten the regular crispy nuggets. As well as the wrong sauce. I would just suggest checking your order before you drive home.
Messed up our order, did not label any wrappers, was not respectful of the fact that we requested Gluten-Free because of allergy and we were not sure if the one we got was actually GF. We asked them to make another one and there was some push back/refusal to admit mistake.
Known for its clean vibe, this spot features a cool outdoor patio with games, and offers a unique burger experience that's definitely worth exploring.

One of the nicest and cleanest Shake Shack locations in the Chicagoland area, in my opinion. Nice outdoor patio area too with table tennis and fooseball. Couldn't really tell if heated or not. Speedy service and friendly staff and manager serving one of my favorite burgers. Customization kept at minimum. Haven't had their desserts in ages but will need to save room for that next time. Pictured here is their special/limited time Korean BBQ Burger (no cheese, gluten free bun, +cherry peppers), Korean Style Fried Chicken, and Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries (a must!). All one-of-a-kind and worth a try! Korean sesame, soy, umami sauce goes with everything.
Exceptional service shines here, with a focus on customer care that goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

El Mero mero serves up some authentic dishes, and I'll be sure to return as they are a gluten friendly establishment. I started with some Sopa Azteca to warm up on quite a chilly Schaumburg evening. The broth was warm with a hint of hot spice, and a little on the salty side to really enjoy. Taco Tuesday specials we enjoyed were the chicken and carne asada tacos. The tortillas were warm and soft, but the chicken was a tad on the dry side for my liking. The carne asada was also a little salty and dry as well. Overall, the meal packed your typical Latin flavors however, were a bit overpowered by the salt. Being a chilly evening, it seemed the two dining area rooms were a bit too cold to get comfortable. Pricing per person on a day with specials was around $12/pp. Bathrooms and all dining areas were very clean and sanitized.
Love this place! Gluten free menu, including a gluten free bun for cheeseburgers and fries not from a shared fryer!! Great prices. Always good service and always an open table without waiting.

Clean environment, expansive outdoor bar area, and gorgeous interior. It's the perfect backdrop for a date, celebration or any special occasion. It feels really elegant and classy. The staff is so professional and attentive to your needs. The pork chop is the famous dish here, although I wasn't able to taste it. With dairy and gluten restrictions, I did enjoy the salmon. It was cooked perfectly though not well done.

I felt this place was a little pricy especiallyif you want a steak. My meal however was delicious. I got the lobster ravioli but sadly I am gluten free so I got the Gnocchi instead. It had pesto, goat cheese and a balsamic glaze and it was the best thing I put in my mouth our whole trip. I will day dream about for years to come. All the pastas can be made gf which is a real plus. My husband got the chicken piccata and didn't like it. It came with Roasted veggies and the chicken on top...no pasta. He said the chicken was dry I think the lack of pasta didn't help. There was some live music coming from what I assume is the bar area which was nice. The place feels very old school...dark wood and carpet. Overall I would obviously go back once a week if we lived closer just to get that meal again and again but I'd probably get it to go.

We love Kuma's Corner! Delicious food, INCREDIBLE staff, and a great vibe. We have a few dietary restrictions in our family (2 with celiac, one of which is also dairy free) and the staff clearly knows their stuff in terms of what's on the menu, allergens, etc and most importantly every server we have had demonstrates genuine care in helping us make menu selections. I can't tell you how much it means to simply eat somewhere that doesn't judge or make you feel like a burden. You'd be shocked at how often that isn't the case and we are doubly thankful for the way Kuma's treats us with care AND serves up kickass food to boot.

Good food and service, not the best of either but very consistent and reliable. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portions. The fifth star is because they have a good selection of gluten free items on the menu that have never caused me a problem. Been going there for over 20 years now. Nice outside area when the weather's good. Don't look down on it because it's at the golf course. That allows it to ride the coattails of their catering which has to help with prices and quality.

Great place for a healthy bowl of soup and choose your own ingredient salad bar spot. They do have their own salad recipes but it's nice to be able to choose what fresh ingredients you most enjoy. They also have sandwiches however no gluten free bread options. They kept the area clean from cross contamination from what I could tell. The dining area could use some cleaning/sanitizing, but overall it's a great set-up for a quick meal. There's no way to tell if there are gluten free, dairy free options so it's best to ask. Loved 😍 the chocolate 🍓🍫 dessert. It was very thoughtful.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!
Normally wouldn't leave any bad reviews, but I ended up leaving my table before I could actually enjoy my meal because the staff poured Itallian dressing on my salad and I didn't notice it until it was too late... I am ALLERGIC to Gluten AND Dairy and specifically informed them 2 or 3 TIMES before the meal (to the server, and the manager) about my allergies. My neck began to swell and then my face, that's when I knew. I stopped eating and checked the bottom of the Salad bowl, sure enough it was loaded in clear Italian dressing (According to Olive Garden's Allergy Chart their dressing has Dairy in it, so I'm highly allergic to it). I told the server and showed her the bottom of the Salad bowl. She came back and said the manager said their should be no dressing on it.... well explain this clear liquid with seasoning at the bottom of serving bowl when it should be dry...Will not be coming back here... And honestly, if you have any severe allergies to certain foods, I would say to stay away from here, too.
