I rarely review businesses but I'm very unhappy with the service I received here. My family has a gluten intolerance, and some have celiac disease. There are also other food related allergens that are shared such as severe nut allergens. I understand that eating out is putting myself at risk. However, I literally just wanted my favorite dessert (a cheesecake for my birthday) and I was so happy that you guys served a "low-licious cheesecake" without gluten or nuts. However, I looked online for the ingredients used as well as asking multiple people (including the rude manager) what the ingredients are in the cake. I'm a college student who's literally just trying to survive, not someone who is going to try to steal the secret Krabby patty formula, yet I was refused an answer. Having severe food allergies puts me at a much higher risk of having other food allergies, so I like to know if I'm eating something I haven't before so I can monitor that. Restaurants that have more than 20 locations *must* legally post what their ingredients are online-and all do-except the cheesecake factory (which begs the question why?) The "low-licious" cake wasn't even that good tbh, and the whipped topping literally tastes like actual vomit two days later. I'm salty but I'm not exaggerating, it was literally awful. I won't be returning to this location or "arguing legalities" with their management or visiting any other cheesecake factory ever again. Food allergens should be taken seriously and to be completely and totally brushed off was super rude and distasteful.
