I've been gluten free for over 20 years now (before it was cool), and I can honestly say the gluten free pizza here is possibly the best I've ever had. The sourdough crust is beyond words, and the Hop Sauce absolutely SLAPS (as the young'uns say). I always appreciate a taproom that offers a wide selection of ciders and seltzers, and I wasn't disappointed by the array offered here. The atmosphere is great, and if I lived in Olympia, I'd be a regular for sure.

Great pizza, great beer selection. They have gluten free pizza crust, and lots of alternative beer options if you're not into the typical craft IPA. Don't worry though, they have IPA's too. Five Stars.
