Omnivore Mackay

I’ve ordered from Omnivore a few times, and have always enjoyed the food. As a newly diagnosed celiac, finding good places to order from has become a priority, and Omnivore definitely fits the bill! My most recent order (through Uber Eats) had an issue with selecting the gluten free salad option. On top of that, for whatever reason, I can no longer leave order notes. Sadly, this meant the food came covered in pita chips. I called to let them know what happened so they could see if there’s anything on their end to fix for future orders. I wasn’t expecting anything to come of the call other than letting them know. I wish I had gotten the name of the person I spoke to, because I’d like to thank them by name. They were super understanding and offered to right my order immediately and send me a new plate. Places like this, with staff this attentive are hard to come by and much appreciated!
