Had a great time celebrating my Brothers 50th at One Bourbon. The food was fantastic, highly recommend the Salmon with grits! So good. My wife is Celiac and the server was extremely knowledgeable and made sure the food was treated properly. I wish I would have gotten the bearded fellas name, he was awesome. The outdoor seating was perfect and allowed for us to be loud without upsetting the delicate man bun people around us. Parking was a bit of a pain as is most areas in GR, had to deal with some homeless men as we were walking back to the car. Nothing unusual and the area was pretty safe. I will definitely go back and enjoy the food some more.

They do a great job of being compliant with Covid Safety Guidelines. We made a reservation for two and opted to have our dinner on their patio. I had their Cobb salad with grilled chicken. My husband had their Southern Chicken Sandwich with Nashville hot on the side (our server Spencer recommended ordering the sauce on the side, to keep the chicken crisp). We shared a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc (50% off) and their Salted Caramel Corn. To round things off we had a couple cocktails indoors. I wish they had more gluten free options, but overall the service, food and cocktails were stellar.
