Delicious fresh onigiri - really affordable! Loved the bento box - the prickled veg were absolutely fantastic!

A true hidden little Japanese gem that has taken me too long to discover! The onigiri is made fresh daily using a machine specially imported from Japan, and then packaged and stored at 15 degrees for pure crisp perfection every time! The secret is the rice that is soft and fluffy with just the right amount of saltiness. The seven Onigiri fillings include meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables and fruit with most of their ingredients either sourced from their own farm in Sassafras or directly imported from Japan as well as making the tableware it's served on in their own pottery studio. The Bento Boxes are light but come with organic ingredients with sides that are handmade and are gluten free. And it's not just for their delicious ASMR Onigiri or delicious Karaage Chicken that has me hooked... It's the Tofu Donuts that are a must order and should be a viral sensation! You heard me - TOFU!! Light and crispy on the outside and moist and cakey on the inside with a hint of sweetness, these packed so much flavour! It's not the cheapest lunch but for quality and that authentic experience, this place is truly unique.
