Original Pancake House - Midtown

Jersey was our waitress and absolutely was amazing. We came with 3 children and she did everything to make sure the whole family was happy. You can’t find great waitresses like her anymore but she goes over and beyond to ensure her customers are well taken care of. The food was delicious and we had a wonderful experience. Our family is gluten free so going to a breakfast place with gluten free pancakes/ waffles is really a treat for us. Not only are they gluten free but they are so delicious to eat!

Our waitress Jersey was an amazing server and amazing character! she is truly engaged in her customers and her job! she did a fabulous job at dealing with our gluten allergy and accommodating to anything we needed! from out of town but would definitely come back if in Charlotte! (mostly to see Jersey!!) :)

Ordered the bacon special with gluten free pancakes and ate them all! Very good and very affordable! Jersey was our waitress and did a very good job!
