Oscar's Frozen Custard | Franklin

I planned to place an order which included a gluten free sandwich so I went inside to place the order. I didn't want to hold up the drive-thru explaining the order. A VERY surly woman with black eyes, came to the counter and had "attitude", like I was bothering her. She said absolutely nothing, I guessed i was supposed to speak so I did, I said " I need a gluten free bun with double sloppy joe". She gave me a look and said "what"? I repeated my request. She said I don't think we can do that. I told her "my friend orders it that way all of the time". She replied "I am here all of the time and I never heard of it". Then, "how do THEY charge for that?" I really wanted to say beats the hell outa me, I don't work THERE, but I didn't. This scary black eyed woman continued to give me a hard time. Since the sandwich wasn't for me, I wanted to accomplish this difficult mission in spite of this miserable woman. I finally got the order and went home. Upon opening my bag I discovered the dang Sloppy Joe was on TWO REGULAR SEEDED BUNS. So on top of giving me all sorts of crap, she GOT THE FLIPPIN' ORDER WRONG. There are some people who should NOT have CUSTOMER CONTACT and represent a business. She is a shining example!!! I am the first person to compliment good people skills but I also feel strongly about giving feedback for a disrespectful, ugly customer service experience. I work next door to Oscars in Waukesha and go to all 3 locations, I will go out of my way to take my business to West Allis until Waukesha is rebuilt.
