The cuisine is a perfect meeting between tradition and quality: we started with a fresh and tasty Chianina tartare, also suitable for those following a gluten-free diet. The tortelloni with ragù was rich and well balanced, while the peposo, enjoyed by a celiac, was very tender and full of flavour. Great attention is paid to ensuring a safe and satisfying experience even for those who must avoid gluten. An experience not to be missed for those who want to savor the truest Tuscany, without giving up.

The menu is a delight of high quality Tuscan / Italian classics, add to that a great choice of pizzas, and a specials board which is regularly updated, all meaning that there is something for everyone. Plenty of vegetarian options too, and they can also cater for other needs on request. Book early in order not to be disappointed as this place is super popular. Don't forget to try the lovely desserts too. Tonight we had pizza macchia, parmigiana, tagliolini, gluten-free pasta with truffle, mixed salad and the salted caramel semifreddo. Wow!
