We were traveling with someone who has severe allergies to DAIRY and EGG (along with a sensitivity to GLUTEN). Eating out while traveling is always a challenge, and not every restaurant is able—or willing—to accommodate that kind of need. But this place really stepped up. They put together a custom menu and even went as far as to prepare fries from fresh potatoes using a separate cooking method—all to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. The result? We visit this restaurant every year for the past 5 years and it’s beyond amazing. It’s hard to find a glutenfree friendly restaurant that serves pizzas that great. My mom enjoys the glutenfree pizza and I like to share a “pizzone” with my dad. It’s a mega pizza served on a wooden platter. If you are up for something special, please try this. It’s only 16€ and you can choose 3 different pizza types like the picture I added. Normal pizzas are around 8-9€. Hats off for this place, thank you and see you next year!

Pleasant surprise in the center of Pisa, near Corso Italia on Piazza Gambacorti. The staff were very kind and friendly, attentive to everything. I think it's family run. My girlfriend who is celiac had no problems finding from the starter to the dessert, including fresh pasta and special second courses. They are very well prepared, nothing was missing except a little gluten free bread, but that's fine. We liked it so much, we will definitely return.

Informal outdoor or indoor venue on the outskirts of Ponsacco where you can eat not only pizza and cecina (also gluten-free). Express service; friendly and nice owner as well as all the staff of guys, prepared, polite, kind and very attentive to customer needs. Cheap prices!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

Excellent restaurant! We were 5 people and made a reservation for dinner. The service, food, and environment were exceptional! Each person loved their dish. I am gluten and egg intolerant (not severe allergy) and I found options on the menu. Definitely stop in if you are in the area!

The cuisine is a perfect meeting between tradition and quality: we started with a fresh and tasty Chianina tartare, also suitable for those following a gluten-free diet. The tortelloni with ragù was rich and well balanced, while the peposo, enjoyed by a celiac, was very tender and full of flavour. Great attention is paid to ensuring a safe and satisfying experience even for those who must avoid gluten. An experience not to be missed for those who want to savor the truest Tuscany, without giving up.

Hello, despite my gluten and lactose problems, we ate well. The fish was good and fresh. Peppered with mussels and seafood spaghetti for me and peppered with mussels and spaghetti alla guitar with clams for my partner, I would say very good. My compliments. I highly recommend it. Thank you

Excellent fish restaurant! We went to this restaurant for lunch and first tasted the mixed starter which was excellent. Then we had the paccheri alla trabaccolara and the octopus: both very good. We concluded with a delicious crunchy semifreddo. Note of merit for the attention to gluten free. In addition to gluten-free bread they also have various desserts. The staff, but especially the owner, are very kind and the value for money is good. The only flaw is the place and the not very well kept furnishings.

I was there to celebrate a confirmation yesterday 23 December 2023. We were in the room on the first floor...I really liked the starter (even if it could have been coordinated better) but the dinner was very good and very good...the menu for celiacs needs to be reviewed which was not up to par with the rest. Access to the bathrooms in that room absolutely needs to be changed!! Very high steps, my 80 year old mother fell while going down the step. You should provide an additional step. I didn't give my all because access to the bathrooms is dangerous for those with walking problems
