Our Breakfast Place

I had a wonderful visit for breakfast with my family! Their servings are generous, staff very friendly, and menus selection very broad. Some of my family memeber have dietary restrictions and were happy with the gluten free menu options.

Pancake was raw. The manager asked, "Have you ever had a gluten-free before?" yes everytime we're here. Like we don't know what an under cooked pancake is. 15 minutes later, there is still no replacement. The manager walked by several times during the 15 minutes we waited for a replacement and never said anything or updated us. How long to cook a pancake?? Im finished with my breakfast, waiting for wife's replacement. The server was fine, but the manager interaction was disappointing. The Philly steak Benedict was meh!. Flavor ok, but the menu states steak strips. It was not strips, just a sprinkle of shaved beef. A bit disappointing there too. Bummer visit. We usually enjoy the food, but the manager made it a bad experience with the condescending attitude and failure to please the customer. My wife and I had decades in the food service industry, so we understand what is expected. This was the first time we walked out of a restaurant in a long time,leaving a $20 on the table, which hopefully the server received.
