🌟 Five-Star Service at Outback Steakhouse! 🌟 In a world where true customer service feels like it’s fading fast, it was such a breath of fresh air to experience kindness, patience, and genuine care during our recent dinner at Outback. We were out with my parents , my dad is 88, and my stepmom, well, let’s just say she keeps him on his toes, and since they don’t get out often, this was a real treat. From the moment we sat down, Summer was nothing short of outstanding. My dad’s steak wasn’t cooked quite right the first time (and let’s be honest, he’s not shy about saying so), but Summer caught it before we even had to say a word and made sure it was redone exactly how he wanted. Then she took the time to listen carefully to my stepmom’s concern about her chicken, and they didn’t just remake it, Mike personally brought both dishes back to the table and stood there with a smile to make sure they were perfect. That’s not just service, that’s care. And me? I was in gluten-free heaven. Thank you, Outback, for offering a solid GF menu, every bite of my meal was spot-on. This was a rare night out for my folks, who are usually home cooking every night. Thanks to Mike and Summer, it turned into something extra special. We’ll absolutely be back, and next time we’re in town, Outback is definitely on the dinner agenda. Customer service is alive and well, at least at this Outback! 👏👏👏 #lifeonkimsway

I ordered to go and in the designated spots stated I have a gluten allergy. Last time I went here they were amazing so I wasn't super concerned. It wasn't until I got home and was able to open the container that I saw that not only had a loaf of bread been thrown into my bag, but also in the container with my fish. Now I'm unable to eat anything I ordered since it is all contaminated with bread crumbs. After tip, this came to over 50$ I now have to throw in the trash.
