The food was delicious. & I love that they take extra care with my meal being that I have a gluten allergy. The environment was welcoming and clean. The best part about our visit was our waitress Evelyn. She was very friendly, charismatic, and was on top of making our visit a good experience.

This Outback is actually horrible, have given this place multiple undeserved chances. To start the Gluten Free menus don’t include prices on them which is very predatory to people with medically necessary Gluten Free diets. Our server Erica either was or seemed to be drunk. She took 10 minutes to simply bring us water while she was in eyesight sitting at a booth eating what I assume was the joints family meal, full on putting fingers in her mouth (multiple times throughout the service) so I pray she washed her hands after each time. Silverware and water glasses CAME DIRTY. Asked for replacements but they also came dirty, not water spots either CAKED ON DRIED OUT FOOD so obviously their dishwashers don’t care. Didn’t receive some items ordered but still charged for them and also charged for sides despite menu stating each steak came with 2 sides with no up charge stated, was charged $27 per steak for 3 ribeyes that were no exaggeration HALF JUST FAT. I get ribeye has a higher fat content than other steaks but 50% of the steaks being JUST FAT is criminal I just wish I took pictures. we ordered the Brisbane chicken Caesar salad (which sucked), which maybe they add oil/vinegar to it but if not the caeser dressing tastes rancid. To its credit the steaks and potatoes were pretty good which should be the BARE MINIMUM you can ask of a steakhouse. For all the mistakes our server offered multiple apologies and a free dessert which was like putting a band aid on a gunshot wound cuz after that when it came time for the check it was $130 all for her to then all but demand a tip which then just cancelled out the free dessert. Of course we still tipped cuz we’re not trying to be jerks and what if it was just an off night for her or something and my assumption is wrong? But I overheard the booth right behind us complaining about some of the same stuff as us, such as the server (we had the same one) not checking on them, long waits and/or incorrect items. I told the server about having celiac disease but here I am still sick almost certainly from cross contamination which is a mostly kitchen issue not a server issue (as long as she washed her hands) which just further goes to show this place sucks. Others in my party suggested multiple times to just up and leave but I wasn’t trying to make a huge deal about it but I regret my decisions now. I could keep going but I think this is enough. The ONLY REASON that I gave this place another shot is because the Texas Roadhouse across the street had a 30 minute wait but god do I wish I just waited. They’ve never neglected their customers as far as my experience goes, happy to check on you frequently, and goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy by even insisting to take back and remake food if it’s not to your liking. Not to mention their portions AND quality are better for roughly THE SAME PRICE. So do yourself a favor, if you’re thinking you want this place, you don’t. You want the Texas Roadhouse right across the street even if there’s a wait because IT IS WORTH IT.
