Fabulous options for breakfast/brunch or lunch I have celiac disease and they accommodate me with my restriction’s and have never gotten sick.. Tina, one of the best servers always remembers our names and my food restrictions, She’s always happy and extremely helpful when it comes to my ordering meals… ***** all around

If you are celiac, save your time and find somewhere else to eat. They advertise gluten sensitive. Most places that say gluten sensitive have some sort of awareness of allergies and can accommodate gluten free while noting that it is not a dedicated environment and cross contamination is still possible. I normally speak with staff to minimize the risk and order appropriately. At Pur & Simple there are no options nor are staff willing to assist. No dedicated fryer, no dedicated toaster and no dedicated griddle. I asked if an omelet could be made in a pan and the answer was no. Only safe option was a coffee. Disappointing.
