P.F. Chang's

I placed an order for pickup today and selected the Gluten-Free Beef with Broccoli Lunch Special. Unfortunately, that is not what I was given. This has been a recurring issue with my orders from this location, and it is extremely frustrating. When I order food, I expect to receive exactly what I paid for, especially when dietary needs such as gluten-free are involved. It is particularly disappointing because I have a limited 30-minute lunch break. Taking time out of my workday to pick up food only to find that the order is incorrect leaves me without a proper meal and wastes both my time and money. A restaurant of this standard should be consistent and reliable, yet I find myself dealing with mistakes far too often. I would greatly appreciate it if more care was taken to ensure orders are accurate, as customers should not have to double-check or worry about receiving the wrong meal. I would truly like to enjoy a good meal from P.F. Chang’s without the ongoing concern that my order will be incorrect.

Food was amazing, but took a long time to come out of the kitchen. I am gluten intolerant, and I absolutely love the GF options here and have never gotten sick. Sean’s service was very good and so friendly and welcoming.

Zach was very attentive and ensured that we understood the menu with the gluten free options, definitely recommend this place for a nice dinner and great service.
