We had an absolutely wonderful experience at P.F. Chang’s Honolulu thanks to our amazing waitress, Carlie. My son has celiac disease and has to eat strictly gluten free, which can often make dining out stressful and difficult. Carlie went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. She was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, especially for kids. Her kindness, patience, and attentiveness truly made our meal enjoyable and stress-free.
