P.F. Chang’s

I’m mainly reviewing the service this round. Excellent and friendly customer service. Shout out to the young lady greeting everyone at the front. The portions today were generous. Will be eating my food once I get to my terminal. I chose PF Chang’s today because of their gluten free options.

The host was very informative and very polite, greeted us with a smile. Server was very kind as well. We got seated in about 5mins. The issue why I give 1 star...the food was just outright below average and lack luster for flavor. The gluten free options they should just remove if they are going to take unseasoned chicken throw gluten free soy sauce and fry it up. So terribly bland, the kids side vegetable no choice given but it states on the menu an option. Vegetables are supposed to be steamed they were like eating a cold salad. Hard and again no flavor just hard Luke warm vegetables. Fruit side for kids is like canned fruit it was floating in juice mandarin oranges and blueberries. We paid just to sit there because we didnt hardly eat anything. So disappointing especially for the price point, I went downstairs to get pizza for the same price and it was bursting with flavor and was just pizza. Staff are great and appreciated but lord those recipes/food was just terrible. Throw away the menu and start over. Please.
