After visiting the Royal Ontario Museum, we decided to have vegan food at this restaurant. This was my first (definitely not last) 100% vegan meal. I enjoyed the bright, high-ceiling and spacious layout when I walked into the restaurant. Then I was particularly impressed by the 1.000 Layer Crisy potatoes. This gluten free dish, which contained caviar, sour cream, chives. reminded me of Dauphinoise. The dairy free sour cream tasted better than the real thing. I quite liked the seaweed caviar because it didn't have the fishy taste. The House Burger was far better than McDonald's bean burger (As a meat eater, it is the closest vegan thing for me to benchmark :)) The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was really good that I wanted to lick the plate. The Bang Bang Broccoli was as good as what I had in London. Then the Al Pastor Bowl was so refreshing because of the pineapple pieces. The waitresses were absolutely friendly (honestly, we had met so many friendly Canadians during this trip). For tourists like me, it's so easy to get home by public transport - the restaurant is located literally next to Bay Station on the Green Line.

Food arrived faster than I expected. The bang bang broccoli is a must get. The gluten free pizza crust was one of the best I've ever had. The only thing slightly negative was that it was a little loud, but that's go be expected when you go on a Saturday night.
