Pablito's Sanctuary Cove

It was amazing!! The staff were fun, energetic, helpful and accommodating. My waitress was attentive when explaining the difference between each cocktail I could choose from. I tried the watermelon and passionfruit loving both!! I fully intend to go down the list of cocktails and try them all. The food menu had SO many options, with almost all options having gf substitutions. This was amazing to hear when I know so many people who have gluten intolerance or celiac and complain about not having options. The kitchen staff were energetic and questionable noises were heard... Still funny though.

With a child who had recently been diagnosed with coeliacs, finding places to dine out at is very hard. So my wife was delighted when she found the menu for Pablito's. With an almost entirely Gluten Free menu, this made dining out a breeze. And all the food we had was amazing. The house range of margaritas gave us some great initial flavor combinations, and then all the entrees and mains were fantastic. Even the kids meals were packed full of flavor. Would highly recommend any of the sharing boards for a couple looking to dine out. In short, the food is phenomenal, the service is outstanding (shout out to our waitrws JB who was incredibly accomidating and well versed of all the menu items.) And the location is amazing. Pablito's is an absolute winner of a restaurant. Will definitely be back next time I'm on the Gold Coast.
