The best Mexican restaurant around!! Delicious food for everyone, including an extensive gluten free menu! Yes, the food has gotten a little more expensive, but where hasn’t it?! If we can’t go out to eat as much anymore, we’ll definitely keep coming here!

Pablo's has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Shakopee. Helpful, friendly, and attentive staff (big shout-out to Cassandra S today!), and delicious food. Even better: delicious gluten-free food! They have gluten-free chips! And an entire gluten-free menu. I ordered the enchiladas (lunch with one side pictured). Absolutely hit the spot! The restaurant is a little dark, which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. It does make for an intimate meal, though, whether a date or group or dining alone.
