Paisley Coffeehouse & Eatery

I have to eat gluten free as I'm celiac & family members kindly picked me up some GF morning glory muffins from Paisley Cafe to try. Wow...best GF muffin I've ever had!!! I will be making the 45 minute drive to see them soon (& I suspect often!) to hopefully get more muffins & try whatever other GF delights they have! I wish I still worked at McMaster University so I could visit them every day!! :-) **Update - visited in person - do be careful if celiac as server used same tongs on regular gluteny treats on the GF treats. I didn't notice the tongs weren't fresh until midway through server packing up my goodies & I ended up having to give away $30 worth of treats as I couldn't eat them. My bad, I should have asked server to use fresh tongs when I ordered.

I live outside of Hamilton, though I happily commute to get a delicious coffee and gluten-free baked goods from the lovely ladies at Paisley. I prefer this as opposed to a chain franchise option, the paisley quality cannot be matched:)

The best sandwiches. Gluten free bread is delicious and the charge for it is minimal. We discovered this place last year while bike riding in the area. We are determined to make it a yearly stop.
