Palazzo Salato

Had a great experience here, new favourite restaurant in Sydney. Food is incredible, waitstaff were great too. Majority of the menu was gluten free. Most of the pastas could be had with a delicious gluten free pasta that seemed to be freshly made. Mafaldine crab was amazing. As were the artichokes.

Attitude and personality of our waiter was extremely friendly and accommodating. I struggle with a lot of food intolerances and made sure I was still able to get an amazing dish that wasn’t just a lousy appetizer. He made us feel very comfortable. The food was amazing. Somehow their gluten free pasta tasted like normal pasta and was fantastic. The appetizers were also so delicious and all the flavours worked so well together. The atmosphere is much more suited I think to a date or more personal outings. The price is higher but I think what you get is well worth it.
