Palermo's Pizza

The stuffed pizza was delicious! We were pleased with the gluten free crust option for one of our family members Disappointed that they charged us for an extra pizza and couldn’t do a refund because the manager wasn’t on site. I wouldn’t have known I was charged extra if I hadn’t asked to see a breakdown of the charges. They need to figure out a better way of operating if they can’t give immediate refunds for overcharges.
