I've loved Palio's in the past as a person who has a gluten allergy, but recently we ordered and it was honestly really terrible. It was clear the recipe changed or they use a new gluten free base and it had a horrible texture and the taste was awful, so I feel like I have to give up what used to be really good GF pizza because they decided to change the base likely to save some money. For a pizza that ends up being 20 bucks for a medium, it's not worth it to eat bad pizza.

I appreciate that they weren't upset about remaking an order. I know gluten-free crust is difficult to work with and takes a lot of added ingredients to make it taste like the real deal. Thank you for understanding. They remade a beautiful and delicious chicken and pineapple pizza for my son. He loved it and crust was soft enough for him.
