Moving to Vickery was the death knell for this pizza place. They were always my wife’s comparative for their gluten free pizza. Wherever we tried gluten free pizza it always failed in comparison to Palio’s. Even in Italy where we spent the month of April. Nothing was as good as Palio’s. Now it’s nothing more than an ordering station and seating for about ten. We tried the new location today and walked out because another customer had called “dibs” on all the standard tables. Apparently she had a party of people coming, but had not arrived yet. As much as I hate this, I predict Palio’s on Vickery will be closed within six months. I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t order pizza to go. It’s never as good as eating it at the restaurant.

The pizza was amazing! Our family ordered 3 pizzas with gluten free crust, vegan cheese and other toppings . Hands down the best gluten free crust we have had in a restaurant. The sauce was delicious and flavorful. Overall, we loved our pizzas and would eat here again. The service was also great.

The service was outstanding, the pizza cooked in almost exactly the allotted time, and then we unpacked the box. We instantly recognized the crust when we took the first piece, such a fantastic bake! The first taste revealed the flavor and gluten in the dough.

I've loved Palio's in the past as a person who has a gluten allergy, but recently we ordered and it was honestly really terrible. It was clear the recipe changed or they use a new gluten free base and it had a horrible texture and the taste was awful, so I feel like I have to give up what used to be really good GF pizza because they decided to change the base likely to save some money. For a pizza that ends up being 20 bucks for a medium, it's not worth it to eat bad pizza.

Love this place! An old classic in Fort Worth with the best Italian food in the area. Try the Chicken albanese, it is amazing! Gluten free pizza crust and noodle options are available. This place is BOYB, and you can get a bottle of wine at the gas station next door!

We loved our experience here! The manager and waitress took the time to explain the process of the fermented sourdough since I’m gluten intolerant (but tolerate fermented sourdough). I was able to eat the pizza and it tasted phenomenal! Loved the atmosphere, food, & friendliness of the staff.

An affordable GF option with a generous sized pizza! The GF only comes in 12 inch and I think it’s a cauliflower crust, as it’s pretty thin. Crisps up nicely. I recommend getting it Sicilian Style (swap the red sauce out for a garlic butter base)! They have deals on their website and app. Discount pizzas on Tuesdays!

My family met a friend here for lunch. The pizza was delicious! They even had gluten free pizza and informed us that they use separate utensils. The arcade games were a hit with our kids.

Long standing but still excellent purveyor of great pizza. Most customers carry out or get delivery but I chose to dine in with my kids and had a good time. The focus is not on the decor but on quality. Speed was great too, which is always a bonus for pizza. There was something on the menu for nearly everyone and my gluten free pizza turned out really well.

This has turned into me and my family go to pizza place. Absolutely fantastic pizza, great customer service, and has been consistently phenomenal. Not only that, my wife is gluten-free, her absolute favorite pizza and all of Fort Worth She says you need to try the buffalo chicken pizza. Her favorite ever. And want to add some spice, get it with jalapeños.

My mother flew in from out of state and was excited to have MOD Pizza for dinner. Unfortunately, our visit was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the standards I’ve come to associate with the brand. We waited over 30 minutes in line without being acknowledged or helped. There were clear supply issues, and the staff member assisting with orders was rude and dismissive toward my family. She even skipped over us to take the next customer, while another employee came from the back carrying a random bowl of lettuce. Sanitation was also a major concern. There was food all over the preparation area and the floor, and cross-contamination appeared to be happening throughout. They attempted to make my mother’s gluten-free pizza on a frozen crust without offering any explanation or alternative. Even worse, several employees went in and out of the back, touched unsanitary surfaces, and returned to handle food without washing their hands. There was a noticeable lack of hair nets, gloves, and general hygiene practices. Not a single employee greeted us or showed basic courtesy. They seemed more focused on online orders than the customers standing in front of them. When I asked for the owner’s name, I was told to “look it up online.” As a business professional familiar with MOD Pizza’s mission to serve with purpose and kindness, I was very disappointed. This experience fell far short of what the company claims to stand for.
