Panera Bread

I came through the drive through last Thursday and hit the crew with a ton of questions about the menu. I’m gluten free (besides whole grains) and dairy free, so just about everything on the menu was a no go. It was a long and arduous task to find what I could actually eat, but the employee on drive-thru, Emily, was very helpful and answered all my questions with eloquence and an inviting disposition. She helped me find something that fit my diet and had zero signs of annoyance doing so. If this girl hasn’t gotten a raise yet, she needs one! Working in the service industry myself, Emily embodies what every establishment is looking for in an employee! Again, thank you! I met a friend there for lunch. The food was great. My friend needed dairy-free and gluten-free food and Panera was a great choice for her. We were able to sit and visit for a while. A lovely experience.
