My fiance has Lupus and celiac disease and it's hard to find somewhere to eat other than home. A lot of places that do have a gluten free menu is cross contaminated. So it's nice to have somewhere that takes it serious when it comes to that process of preparing food that's gluten free. She said it tasted delicious.

As someone who can not have gluten whatsoever this place has changed the game for uniontown. Normally you tell places, I have a severe gluten allergy and they give you the run down of "oh we are very cautious", and I always end up sick. Not here. Not one ounce of sickness, or any form of symptoms. Food was DELICIOUS! To be able to order take out chicken wings THAT WERE COOKED PERFECTLY, could have made me cry. Fellow Celiac...10/10 recommend. All day. Every day.
