Little care is taken with intolerances, especially those with celiac disease. Cross-contamination is admitted by the restaurant itself. The menu is allergen-free, and the staff is poorly trained to handle it. It's a shame because the place is nice and the food is good.

Overall, it's a very good place. It's true that, as is generally the case in the hospitality industry, there's a lack of knowledge about intolerances and allergies. From my experience as a celiac, they have several gluten-free dishes, but they're contaminated, according to what the staff told us. The menu isn't well-designed, as there are dishes like the shrimp and chicken salad that don't state anything about gluten or listed as allergens, and it turns out both the chicken and shrimp are breaded. We also asked why all the potato options were gluten-free, and they explained that it was because they only have one fryer. It seems strange to me that a restaurant would make all its fried food in one fryer. They also offered us gluten-free croquettes, though I don't know which fryer they would use. And finally, the waiter gave us a 10 for his service. It's true that a waitress, after not knowing how to serve us because she didn't even know what gluten was, made various comments about gluten in the loud kitchen. We heard them, which seemed very funny, but to those of us listening, a bit disrespectful. It's a shame because it's a very nice place, eager to offer gluten-free options, but apparently poorly prepared.
