Went here based off social media recommendations and online reviews, after all, it’s rare to find Celiac safe fast food options. We ordered a few items, the mozzarella sticks were my absolute favorite, a must! Hubby said the burger was good (and he’s not Celiac), so that’s a plus. I also ate some of the chicken sandwich (was pretty good, I’ve had better, a mediocre GF bun) and the fried pickles were decent. Definitely worth going for the experience but get the mozzarella sticks. Nice to not worry about getting sick - dedicated GF facility.

Restaurant was clean. The waitstaff was helpful and patient as we had never been there before. The food was good; we ordered fries, two different wraps, a hog boss, a sandwich, and a burger. We also ordered onion rings, they weren’t the best-a little soggy (gluten and gluten free eaters all agreed), but everything else was great! Five people ate lunch for about $100 and we were full. Would definitely eat there again if in the area.

It's so rare to find 100% GF restaurant. I had the cheesy burger and fries. Unfortunately, the bun was so crumbly and dry. It is impossible to find a good gf bun though so I won't hold it against them. I like that fries are included the price (around $16) because a burger alone at my gf burger place at home is the same price. Unfortunately, the fries were very undercooked and soggy. I'm not a fan of seasoned fries either but the seasoning was pretty good. They may want to consider double frying those thick cut fries. I will try the Nashville fried chicken w/o the bun if I ever get back to this side of the state again. So, burger was good and I love that they use chopped onion instead of sliced. Pickles were rather rubbery and bun was awful. Fries could have been better. But for a celiac gal, knowing there's no chance of contamination is priceless. I wish Papa Chops all the success possible!
